We spend there 6 nights So we can actually give very honest and true opinion. Everything from the start was excellent. We were made feel like royality and spoiled. Food is available pretty much all day, so when traveling with baby it's very handy. And quality of it is unbelievable! Pools are clean and lovely, they even have a mini lake to swim in. Honestly I would go back without thinking twice. One thing I would change is coffee availability on the room. 4 capsules seems to be very little for 2 people when waking up at 5am with a baby😂 ach.. and it's plenty of smokers around, so it might be annoying if they next door to your balcony.
I can’t say enough good things about the Jagdhof. Absolutely amazing place. The quality, the customer service, the availability, everything. No stress environment. Everything is well done! Great job and you won’t be sorry if you stay here.
This was supposed to be a celebration for me and my expectations from the hotel market brochure did not match the reality of the hotel or facilities. Long and wide angle camera shots gave a false impression of the locality. The hotel sits on the edge of an industrial plant which is totally overlooked by the hotel yet is not visible in the photographs. The forest area also appeared very close in the marketing material bur in fact were quite far away. Our room was rhe major disappointment the market material showed a quite pleasant looking bright room. The reality is a dark dingy room with out dated furniture and the worse thing was that on opening the curtains to rhe sleeping area the only thing that could be seen was a depressing blank wall. We anticipated a balcony with a view. Statements in the marketing material alludes to a spacious place where privacy is easily aquired,the reality is a very compact space built around several extensions of rhe property over several years. The upside is the staff were excellent as was the quality of the food. The hotel is a Family rum business wirh many of the Family present on a daily
