Dear Dachsteinresort Team, I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay at your property. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with big smiles, which immediately made us feel at home. Our family room was absolutely amazing—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. We were thrilled to find that the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a real lifesaver, especially since we arrived late and found that all nearby restaurants were closed. The manager went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing us to order delicious food that made for a perfect late-night meal. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. Our kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool, which was a great bonus as it was free for hotel guests. The breakfast each morning was perfect, offering a wide variety of options to start our day right. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Dachsteinresort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Staff was great, food abundent and delicious, spacious apartment and very comfortable. We requested a birthday cake for one of our children and they were happy to fulfill our request. Good location, ski slopes at 5 minute walk, Hallstatt and Salzburg were a short drive away. Would come again in the summer as well.

After arrival we read all comments where people mostly complain on unpolite service. We didn't get such experience. I know that People wants to complain for almost everything but for us it was rally great time. Perfect silent place from which you can visit a lot of precious places. The breakfast offer a lot of diffetent flavours. Thank you the Owner 😁
