Wellnesshotel Cervosa

We travel several times a year to top mountain hotels in Austria, Italy and France as we love skiing. I must admit Cervosa Hotel is one of the best choices. We returned to this hotel and it was a good choice. First of all you feel there as not a no-name guest but as a real value person. Hospitality can be felt everywhere. Owners, a very classy marriage are visible in the hotel, they personally take care of you and you can address all demands. The cuisine is perfect, very tasty and on the highest possible level with an ample of choice. The hotel and rooms are very clean, there is a turn down service every night. Kids are welcome, but it is a great balance. They have very modern facilities to play. However if you do not come with kids, do not be afraid as the owners take to find a perfect balance between young and older guests. The spa is very big there are really plenty of saunas, there are two modern outdoor swimming pools and huge indoor pool. Maybe one tiny remark, saunas area shall be a little bit renovated as it can be seen that they were built some time ago, but I think it is only a matter of time as a part of this spa area is new and modern. The hotel is definitely worth taking into account when planning stay in Serfaus. Very classy, really perfect.

Wonderful family-run hotel in the heart of the alps - we had a great time here with lovely panoramic views. The fish was great and there is a wide selection of wine to go with the food. There are different dinning areas each with a different style and vibe. The spa area is really big with diverse kinds of relax areas, baths and saunas. The room was nice and bright :) will be coming back in summer !

Booked a much needed facial with a so called rated 5* establishment. Having 2 children, and our last day (as a special treat for Mum) we planned our whole day around the time of the appointment, to be then told 30 minutes before they were canceling it as the spa would no longer be open. We called and confirmed twice prior. We also received WhatsApp confirmation 4 hours prior. We scheduled a rushed past evening meal for this appointment to be told 30 minutes before the spa would be closed. Terrible. Appalling. Extremely disappointing. And left a special treat so looked forward to - not happening. No alternative was offered.
