This hotel is definitely worth 5 stars and more. We were greeted at reception with a smile and all staff went out of their way to be helpful. Dinner at the all restaurants was amazing. Breakfast was top class and well catered for any type of diet. The wellness facilities were above our expectations. we have been coming to this hotel for 10 years, first as a couple and now with the children. hotel run by a family for 3 or 4 generations. we have always been satisfied at all levels (service, restaurant, spa). special dedication to Cornelia who always served us with a smile and kindness. we also thank Cornelia's colleagues, the young lady of Hungarian origin and the young man from Croatia. Reception doesn’t know basic things like when is breakfast finishing or when does do bar close. Very unprofessional. Food is really basic and sometimes we had a feeling its old. Rooms were dirty when we first came and it had a smell like cigarettes. The whole hotel is really unprofessional and friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel not even to my worst enemy.
