Absolutely love this hotel. We went as a group. The service was top notch. Everybody was friendly. The ski rental shop was amazing. The lady at the ski shop was so patient and she helped us with everything we needed and made sure everything fitted well. Shout out to Lucas too at the restaurant for being incredibly patient with us. The spa was definitely worth a visit during the stay. Definitely recommend this place.

Its absurd what the hotel has done to everyone in the past weeks. Do not trust your money here! Do not trust the administration! I booked the hotel for winter holiday season at their website with FREE CANCELLATION policy! I paid 30% deposit to secure my reservation. This week I received an email informing that there was an insolvency and they blame in total the administration and say the insolvency administrator is the only one to be contact. Despite that, the hotel continues its activities under another name with the same website, so people can trust again that this time they will no disappear with your money that was given in the safest way possible, UNDER THE FREE CANCELLATION POLICY. I even called them several times before receiving the insolvency email because I had a colleague who wants to join the trip and was not managing to book. Every time they informed me they were closing for a short period just to change the administration. They never told me was really happened until i got the email. I could not recover my money, no alternative was offered and I am speaking in all places that I can how dishonest the whole process was so people will not lose their money for this hotel ever again!!!
