Wellspring by Silks Beitou

Easily my favorite hotel of all time! Great for couples and families. Rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful, and had really nice, practical furniture. Provided slippers and yukata were very comfortable. In-room baths are very unique and well kept. Public baths were also insanely clean, aesthetic, and even stocked with drinks/snacks which I did not expect. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Complimentary happy hour was a great touch as well. Tons of nearby food, drinks, and tourism spots. One thing is there isn't as much local breakfast within walking distance that I could find. But the Metro being right outside makes this less of a problem. Can't wait until we can return. Would give more than 5 stars for this place if I could.

We chose this place to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The indoor kids’ playroom and swimming pool were both spotlessly clean and very family-friendly. Right next to them was a hot spring area where parents could relax and unwind. The interior design made us feel like we were instantly transported to Japan. With cold, warm, and hot pools, plus a sauna and steam room, everything we needed was there. Complimentary hot and cold beverages, as well as fresh fruit, were also provided — such a thoughtful touch! For dinner, we booked a private dining room at the restaurant on the third floor. The space was huge and easily accommodated our group of 9 adults and 5 children, making for a very comfortable dining experience. This Beitou hotel truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it — an absolutely wonderful place for families!

Perfect location, right across the street from metro station. Joyce helped us check in also helped us pool activities with her co worker Parker. She provided me lots of useful info around hotel. They are super friendly and helpful, best hotel we’ve stayed so far. Room has lots of storage perfect for family travel with more luggage. Highly recommend!
