From the moment we arrived until the time we left we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness from anyone we came in contact with! 🚙We arrived on a Thursday and were greeted at the car to assist with unloading and bringing our luggage in. 🛎️While we were checking in they offered us snacks and beverages in the lobby and let us know of a complementary happy hour that would be a little later 🍷We stopped by the happy hour on the way to dinner where they offered hot appetizers and white or red wine along with the snacks and beverages that were there when we checked in 🛏️Our room was devine! They had already placed the crib we requested in the room for our baby, and no detail was missed. The beds are MASSIVE - definitely larger than a standard King (maybe an Alaska King bed). We had plenty of space to unpack and relax while we stayed in our room 🛀Hot Springs in your room was so special. We could take a dip in the water while our baby slept - this isn’t something we’d be able to do anywhere else except in our room 🍽️Breakfast had an amazing spread and all the workers were so helpful - from making sure we had a comfortable spot to sit to helping with any request we had. The breakfast had something for everyone from fresh fruit to local staples. ☕️The coffee bar was easy to use and was very appreciated by this tired mama Honestly I wish we would have stayed an extra night just to hang out at the hotel and relax in the pools for a day. From the staff to the amenities - Wellspring was an exceptional stay that I would recommend to anyone coming to visit Taiwan!

I've stayed in a number of 4- and 5-star hotels in Taiwan, and I feel this is the most disappointing by that standard. The rooms are quite small and dark. The bed however, is huge and there is a comfortable seating area. The hot spring bath is great. The buffet breakfast wasn't extensive, but tasted good. There are restaurants/cafes/7-11s within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop pool and an outdoor cinema that plays movies from 10pm. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Room was okay. Felt quite damp and very dark due to lack of sunlight and window area, so it wasn’t too pleasant to spend time in. The rooftop pool was nice and peaceful. The underground hot springs however, were filled with black mold. I originally thought the ceilings were just black because I wasn’t wearing my glasses, but my sister took a photo to show me it was in fact just black mold covering the entirety of the ceiling. Didn’t feel too sanitary but the rest of the facilities were great.
