The upstairs king room has air conditioning. The other rooms only had a fan. I am glad the room did because the building gets hot! Amazing breakfast in the morning, comfortable beds. Parking is free and easy too. Excellent WiFi
This is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy a homey vibe and want an authentic New Zealand experience. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other place in Auckland. Breakfast was plentiful. They are eco friendly and just a great place to stay.
Very home-like environment with rooms complete with tea & coffee. Extremely good water pressure. Quote neighborhood and walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. It's an ideal location
