Wenjin Hotel

Fake 5 star staff (including tourist counter) doesn't speak English (or any language other than Chinese) they force you to pay 100$ deposit per day you stay They try to charge for everything, and all are incredibly overpriced. Aircon doesn't work because the hotel shot it down centrally to save money. no pool hotel is old and not well maintained. Breakfast is overpriced and super bad. Don't stay here if you dont need to.

Over promised and under delivered. Not a hotel for English only speakers. I called to ask for ice and was instead checked out a day early. Promises things like room service and money exchange that simply don't exist. Never once fully made the bed. Guides in the room talk about all these restaurants in the hotel. They were always closed or impossible to find. Spa menu was good but most services were not available. The hotel lobby bar is more of a dessert stand. Gym, while nice, was a maze to find and did not open until 6:30 am.

Poor... service is average. Airconditioning doesn't work in the rooms. Bathrooms very old and in need of some repairs. Wouldn't recommend unless you need to be in this location for work. Only saving grace is that its a 2 min walk to the office.
