Wenzhou Overseas Chinese Hotel

We booked a 5* non-smoking room, we booked it for the spa and wellness as it said on booking.com. well the swimming pool was down 3 corridors past 2 kitchen mind all the oil on the floor... To find a dirty pool. We then went to the room I will add photos to show all the stains and burns on the floor and the green algae stain on the shower. Also let's not forget to tell you about the smell it was like walking in to a 90s bar it stank. We tried to complain but we used an eu website and they would not refund to leave for new hotel. Location of the hotel was perfect for short trips in to the tourist areas. The location is very poor after 22.00 do not bring family here the outside becomes very hostile and the hotel doesn't warn you at all. the club next door was very drunk heavy and the red light on the traffic light was not the only red one. I have give the hotel 2 stars as the bed was ok and the daytime location is great the view from the room was better to look out than in the hotel Please note. If this hotel was in eu there is no way this could get a 4* it's a low end 3* hotel.

Very nice rooms but the WiFi is really slow (like 0,94 mbps) and it smells really Smokey and a lot of people smoke here.

Very Unsafe. We are staying for 2 weeks the hotel is unfortunately not anymore what it used to be. We were harassed by AGRESSIVE DRUNK bypassers. Felt unsafe and I personally will never ever stay here again.
