Starting with the service. From the start (over the phone), they were above the average for service we used to get in Israel. This continues when got the room's key. The rooms are very nice and clean. As one who travel all around the world, this is the 1st hotel I've been in Israel that really paid attention to have a comfortable beds. The location is near the sea and there is free parking. Breakfast is really good with multiple choices. Bottom line very recommended 👌
I stayed at this hotel this past weekend the room was nice the service wasn't so good the food was horrible it is NOT geared towards vegans even not notifying them before hotels usually have basic things on breakfast table like salad fruit maybe tehina or and humus but not this hotel the room smelled like sigerett and the price we paid wasn't worth it im glad i didn't have dinner there
Totally not worth the price! I stayed in the suite with my parents while my sister, who was getting married, stayed in the business suite with her fiancé. 1. Our suite wasn't worth the price of a suite. It was a regular room with a small living room, a bedroom and a mini fridge you couldn't fit bottles in unless you piled them sideways in an uncomfortable pyramid. There were no slippers or bathrobes, we had to call for some. 2. The business suite was almost like the regular suite, only with a slightly bigger living room, a worse-looking smaller bathroom, yet it had a nice big balcony. Oh, and they got a bottle of red wine. 3. There was nothing to mark their wedding - flowers, petals, a towel swan, a sign, anything. But then, a knock at the door and a maid declaring, "we brought you a fruit platter." It was 4 whole apples. 4. The breakfast was not worth waking up for. The food area was the size of our living room and consisted of cheeses, vegetables, herring and an omelette station in which you had to get one of the staff to call the omelette lady since she was busy with other things. 5. The pool was small but adequate since we went in the afternoon when there were few people. During the day I can only guess how crowded it could get. Pros: Beach side, nice staff, nice view, nice balcony, underground parking.
