West Baden Springs Hotel

Really wonderful historical hotel. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is plenty to do if you're a golfer or gambler. Stayed in a premium suite with one king bed and sitting room. Room was nice, but view was of the parking lot. Other than the valet who was friendly and helpful, service was pleasant, but primarily transactional. Food at the restaurant was delicious. If I return, I would definitely stay there again.

Have not stayed yet, at West Baden but Trish went above and beyond to help us. I took my son to French Lick 23 years ago when he was seven to French Lick Resort. Now my grandson is seven, and am taking him Monday. My now 30 yr. Old son and I stayed 23 years ago at French Lick as West Baden was being created. I remember viewing the grounds on the train. We are beyond excited to stay Monday in a view of the atrium. I teach at Central Catholic in Lafayette in art and I hear there is an art intrigue there with the painting of the angels! Thank you Trish. Beth went above and beyond to call and confirm reservation with me and some helpful information. Talked with me like a friend! Thank you Beth. Operator was also very thorough and friendly! I am beyond excited for our wonderful trip with a view of the atrium. I will add photos later.

Stayed last night at West Baden balcony, double queen atrium view. It was an unbelievable experience. West Baden's rooms are beautifully appointed and everything was exceptionally clean. I loved this stay! I only wish that the train was running Monday. Now a day later, I feel as if I felt so good all day yesterday as I left to come to Lafayette. Maybe the water!
