West Bekaa Country Club

It is a good family place, clean, fresh and relaxing. The food and the portion is good. We had lunch and they served us desert free of charge. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The place is surrounded by green areas. They have indoor and outdoor spaces, pools, and kids activities.

We had a workshop at the resort. So we spent the night before there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bungalow was spacious, nice and warm. The restaurant and lounge are very nice too and the food was so good. Even though it is winter and we were on business trip, but I can still say that it is a nice place to spend time in nature and do different activities including swimming in summer. I recommend end of Spring early Summer as it gets crowded in summer season. It is still nice in autumn or winter if you want to enjoy the quiteness and beauty of the Beqaa valley.

Room service was terrible. Toilet lacked shampoo and soap given that it took them 2 reminder and an hour to provide them. The pool water is so cold. One cannot enjoy swimming in it. Additionally litter is not constantly being cleaned around the pool. Flies are all over the place and are so annoying!
