West Florence Hotel

Dirty, old, small rooms. The bath was full of mold, half of the lights in the room didn’t work and those that worked randomly switched off. In addition, the three bed room that I booked with some friends was basically a two bed room with an added small bed. It didn’t even have a pillow. There were also only two blankets. Food was mediocre

I would skip it. I get being rude is part of the Italian culture but the staff were more than rude. I came with 13 of my family members and a couple of them had to change rooms because it smelled like pee. Some of them had fridges some didn’t. My toilet seat was broken and other rooms smelled bad. They gave you a paper with the wifi info and there was no use for it because it was slow. We came with a tour and the “breakfast” was bad. Ham and cheese and some pastries was for breakfast. Apparently they serve breakfast depending on your nationality. Germans had sausages and eggs. They also kicked us out even when people were still eating.

Don’t take the breakfast… The hotel is not near a 4 star they deserve maximum 1-2 the tourism industry must look again .. Accommodation was poor.. The receptionist was talking like he knows everything and the attitude was too much . Room was small with a control of AC which didn’t work and it’s summer… The room although was cool. Breakfast absolutely NOT! You can’t call it a breakfast because when I get I the hall the room was like a bomb hit it .. maybe you can it a sandwich and drink some poor juice but I would suggest not touching anything because maybe you have stomach problems after..
