West Inn Colombo

Calm and quiet place near busy Colombo cities. Well maintained. Almost 100% for cleanliness. Spacious rooms with all essential facilities. Comfortable rooms. Adequate parking. Only thing they don't have a lift. If there was a cable or satellite TV connection it would be much better.

The place was good. But the owner doesn’t have online transfers. And was a pain in the back saying that the payment didn’t went through. The rooms are nice and clean. Worth the price.

Worst Experience I've ever witnessed in a Residency. We booked the room on our way to colombo. We were coming to Lanka Hospitals for a operation which is scheduled to do in tomorrow morning. We booked a triple room and owner said they can give sleeping facility for 4 people. But when we were get there they told that only 4 people can enter the premises others should stay outside. They told our parents to not to be in there. The patient was about to admitted to the hospital tonight with our parents and we wanted the room for me, my sister and 2 of my cousins. They told that they cannot let anyone more than 4 to even enter the premises and they talked in such a rude tone to the parents and patient as well. Patient was having the dinner but they told her to leave instantly. She had to finish the dinner in the car. Caretaker was such a pathetic person. Owner and caretaker was terrible. We left the place asap and will never go back and never recommend anyone to go there! No empathy and so rude. The owner lady might talk so nicely to give you a room but please think twice before you go in there. 👎👎 Unprofessionalism at its best.
