We had college class reunion for girls in Beijing last week. This is such an ideal hotel for us. Many friends traveled by plane and arrived in Daxing airport, or by train arrived in Fengtai or West Railway Station. It’s easy for all to get to this hotel. It’s easy to walk to the subway station and from there to travel to many tourist destinations. The rooms are Big compared to the rooms in most hotels. Three adult women can stay in one deluxe twin room by adding an extra foldable bed which is also very comfortable. It’s only extra 220 Yuan/ night/person. The front desk receptionists are so efficient and competent. Especially the young lady,佟欢。She helped us first and quickly checked our IDs, added extra beds and settled all extra charges we needed to pay for the additions we added. So friendly, proficient and courteous. The room is warm and comfortable since it was still March. They supplied quite a few bottles of water for free. We didn’t even need to use the large bottle of water that is not free (it’s only 10 yuan for a very large bottle of water if you really need it). Also, tea kettle and different teas. Nice slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, toothbrushes, combs… are supplied generously. They have a safe and a refrigerator in the room. The room windows can open. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast buffet so much. All my classmates were happy that we chose this hotel for our class reunion.
Room are old and temperature control don't seems to work. Front desk staff gave erroneous info to our driver (to the point of lying straight in your face) and could only give 1 card per room despite double occupancy. Definitely not an international grade hotel. Guess they depend on tour group engagement to survive.
We booked the hotel one week before our arrival, still there was a confusion with the front desk with the confirmation of our room, which took nearly 45 min to receive our rooms. Also front desk staff don’t know english at all.The hotel need to be renovated in necessary time.
