West Lodge Park Hotel

We had a lovely stay at the West Lodge Hotel. It’s an impressive, historic building that's beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. We stayed in a spacious and peaceful garden room, which overlooked a small woodland area, which was a real surprise for somewhere so close to London. The staff were all friendly and happy to chat, which added to the relaxed feel of the place. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, including fresh fruit and berries. Although we didn’t dine in this time, the bar staff were also really welcoming. The location is ideal on the outskirts of London, making it easy to access the city, airports, and motorway routes. The hotel grounds are lovely, perfect for a walk, and the beautiful weather during our stay made it even better. I would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful setting, room lovely, though seemed to have a phone socket in the bathroom, which we thought was a USB socket for devices 🤣 Amazing service. Found it difficult to coordinate online when we needed to book an extra line but emailed in, and the wonderful Lisa sorted it all out. She went above and beyond looking after us as did the night porter. We'll be back Thanks again

We've just had an amazing stay at West Lodge Park Hotel as part of a London theatre visit. What stunning grounds as part of the arboretum and soooooo peaceful. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had a small courtyard large enough for a table and 3 chairs, perfect for my wife while I attended a work event one day. Rooms are spacious with a good modern bathroom, we had a 'side room' as we walked into our room that housed the mini-fridge, ironing board and the tea/coffee making facilities above the safe. I've had to give four stars for our room because my side of the 'double' bed wasn't top notch comfy, a bit flat and noisy springs but I still slept ok. Staff were amazing, from when we first checked in which was at 6:45pm at night where the lady on reception was so helpful and informative, even helping us carry some luggage to our room!!! Bar staff and restaurant staff were first-class and so was the food - we took lunch one day as we were heading into London for an evening show and the food was fine dining, absolutely fantastic. Thank you to everyone for making our getaway so wonderful, from your lovely 'Yorkshire' couple!!!!
