We have stayed at The West Plaza quite a lot when attending concerts in Wellington, We love the location, Parking, and The Staff are very helpful, nothing is any trouble. We just had the staycation Deal, which was great. restaurant Meal was very nice for Dinner, Breakfast staff were very nice and looked after us well.
We had a great stay at the West Plaza Hotel. The staff were very helpful and made everything easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a jug, TV, heater, fridge, iron, and ironing board. There is also a restaurant downstairs and a bar area, which we didn’t use but it was handy to have there. The location is very central, which was super convenient, and the price was excellent for what we got. Having parking available was a big bonus for us as well. Would definitely stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that Wakefield Street is currently one way. If you're following your GPS, as we did, it may try to send you down that street, which you can't do
It was not a happy experience at our stay at West Plaza Hotel in Wellington City. I spent around $150 for a night stay. They provided a room having no proper exhaust in the washrooms. The whole washroom gets flooded after a small shower. Bedsheets and the pillow covers were not very tidy. There is no microwave in the facility. Room heater was placed as there is no AC or heatpump. Overall, it's not a pleasant experience. I requested authorities to pay more attention to these issues so that we don't discourage any customer satisfaction. Thanks.
