The hotel had a clean, modern vibe without being too fancy. My room was always in good shape, and I liked how comfortable the bed was. The Wi-Fi was strong, which helped with work. The staff were polite and efficient. Everything just worked the way it should. Would definitely return.
My engagement happened at this venue and we spent around 2.7 lacs only to be reciprocated with poor service and food. Manju from their team charged me extra 50 per piece for brownie which was extremely dry and unappetising. She said I should add fruit custard to the menu since it’s their speciality, there was barely any fruit in the custard, wasn’t tasty either. We had asked them to ensure food is cooked without onion and garlic but wasn’t told they have never done this in the past and it would be an experiment on the day of the event (my brother learnt this upon reaching the venue in the morning before the event). The food which which was finally served was below average in contrast to the tasty food we were served when we were finalising the deal. On the day of the event, the banquet smelled badly and the washrooms were not clean. AC wasn’t working properly either. When I requested Manju to reserve car parking for us for the event duration outside the venue, she denied any help. When I asked Ankur to arrange a backdrop on terrace for couple shots, he asked for extra charges even though the final decor was very basic considering I paid a decent amount. The staff overall was not supportive or careful about the function being a success for both families. Proper instructions were not followed despite timely payments. I have had terrible experience with the management, would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel itself is decent, but I’m very disappointed with their food policy. They don’t allow any outside food, and the prices for their in-house food are ridiculously high. It feels like you’re forced to pay extra just because they won’t let you bring your own meals. Not a good experience overall – definitely not worth the money.
