I was wary of booking here due to the reviews complaining about noise, but I'm glad I chose this hotel in the end. Check-in is at the pub downstairs, and the server/hostess was friendly, but it is a tad strange not having an actual front desk. I booked a standard queen studio and it was more spacious than the average hotel room. The bed was comfy and firm. The room I was in (304) was very quiet, and I heard no noise from the streets or the corridors. Would definitely stay here again! You also can't beat the location as it's close to the train station and lots of good shops and restaurants.
Ma and I stayed two nights. These are suites, with kitchens. There is no elevator, but my Ma took it slow and steady and had no trouble. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Robes in the closet are a nice touch. Rooms are clean and nice. Tub and shower were clean and a good size. I had an inside room and that was fine for me. Ma had an outside room and it was not that loud.
They lowkey accused me of stealing from the room without even checking thoroughly. The room was clean but there was a stale smell and the couch was pretty much beaten down
