Exceptional Service and Unexpected Surprises at Westfields Marriott I had a fantastic stay at the Westfields Marriott, but what really made my visit memorable was the service—especially from Andy, our waiter at the restaurant. Andy has a great personality that immediately puts you at ease. He’s not only friendly and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the hotel itself. His recommendations were spot-on, and his passion for hospitality really stood out. Now, let’s talk about the Old Fashioned he made me—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I can be a little picky when it comes to my drinks, but Andy took the time to explain exactly how he crafted it. That level of care and transparency is rare and so appreciated. Great people like Andy make all the difference in any business. Honestly, I might just try to recruit him for my own customer service company! Also, a fun and unexpected detail—this property has its own honey-producing bee box, which guests can view safely through a window. It’s small touches like that which elevate an experience from good to great. Highly recommend staying here. The amenities are top-notch, but it’s the people that truly make it special.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly. What really stood out to me was Wellington’s Restaurant, thanks to Brittany, who I believe was the supervisor or manager. She was awesome — super attentive, organized, and you could tell she was making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Even when it got busy, the place stayed calm and welcoming, which made a big difference during my stay. Also, the fish and chips were fantastic — crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Brittany really went above and beyond to make the whole dining experience great. Definitely recommend a stay!!

My family stayed from 7/11–7/13 and booked four rooms. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was amazing. On our last night, my 3-year-old had a sudden fever. I called the front desk, and the general manager personally went out, bought children’s Tylenol, and brought it to our room all in the middle of the night. She also helped us find the nearest urgent care.( this is definitely going above and beyond and don’t expect this in every booking but the consideration and empathy she expressed speaks highly of her and the hotel) I’ll never forget it, and this will be my go-to hotel every time I visit Virginia.
