The resorts and its amenities were amazing. We loved that it was near everything. The staff was very welcoming and serviced minded. There was so much to explore and come back to. The rooms were perfectly put together and clean. They offered so much. Did not expect to see a couple of roaches which freaked us out. But it is a tropical place with screened in patio/balcony. If the door is left open they will find their way in. We definitely see ourselves coming back.

Great experience in this timeshare. Very nice location and amenities. Lovely views especially in the higher levels of the rooms located in the building. You may need to request the rooms with the views. There is no good facility for charging your car, however. They really need to add this feature. Besides that, I highly recommend it.

Nostalgic but in Need of Updates I stayed here twice as a kid over 15 years ago and have fond memories of those visits. Coming back now, I still love the place—but it’s clear that some updates are overdue. We stayed in room 225A. The biggest issues were with the room itself. Several light bulbs were out, the toilets flushed very slowly, and the lighting setup was confusing—there seemed to be 20+ switches, and figuring out which one controlled what was a challenge. The TV signal was poor, though we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it wasn’t a major concern. Outside the room, there were a few inconveniences. No luggage carts were available during check-in, one of the elevators was out of service, and the one that was working felt a bit sketchy. On the bright side, the water park was great when it was open. Weather closures were frequent, but all the pools we used were clean and well-maintained. Despite the quirks, I’d still come back. The charm is there—it just needs a little TLC to bring it up to modern standards.
