Westgate Park City Resort & Spa

I recently stayed at Westgate, the staff is incredible. I had originally booked a room through a private owner and it ended up being terrible, so I needed to book a different room and decided to go through the front desk. I’m so glad I did. Paul was working the front desk, between him and the manager on duty (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) they booked me a new, even better room, and took care of everything perfectly. The amenities are fantastic, everyone is kind and the service is prompt. I’ll happily be staying here again and will be recommending it to all of my family and friends.

This review is for the Serenity Spa! I didn't stay at the hotel so I can't review on the resort but I was gifted a spa day with a pedicure that came with a facial and upper body massage. 10/10 would recommend! Lauren and Sabrina were absolutely fantastic. The spa facilities are clean and beautiful. The waterfall hot tub/pool was so calming and I could of spent all day there.

Despite the person who checked us in, and the basement room she gave us initially, everything else about my stay was TOP-NOTCH. (Dealing with others, our room was changed. Wow! There are other guests here.) This place is great. Oki (my masseuse) - caring and excellent. Beth (our concierge): down-to-earth, great with customer service. Audrey (activities manager): attentive. James (driver): 5 star. Todd (manager): knowledgeable, personable, friendly. And thanks for your time Ricardo. Can't wait to come back!
