Westgate Vacation Villas Resort

My family had a BLAST!!! Everyone was so kind. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts was because of the weather at the time of my travel, and I also visited family. I didn't stay long enough to experience all that the resort had to offer. If I stayed exclusively on the resort, I'm sure 5 stars would be applied.

I think it could be improved the bathroom had no water to shower. The gym fitness center is old like from the 90 lolx even the music they played is old.. also they were very strict about kicking you out 10 am 😂 We try to extended till 12 pm because our flight 🛫 was at 8 pm. They simple say no .

I bought a time share from this place a few years ago. Everything was great. I recently visited for a long deserved get away with my family. Went to the pools and water park. The first thing I noticed was the smell of very strong marijuana. We called security and was told that what can we do about it. And while I was calling a few other couples with small children were doing the same thing, and was told the same. My family while rather conservative with money, we’re going to purchase a time share, have decided against it, and has opted not to due to the drugs! I can say this my decision to purchase at the time was a good one, I have now regretted it entirely. Also, the amount of staff that can not speak English is amazing. My advise do not buy, do not rent, and do not bring your kids to Westgate. Oh and don’t let them fool you, once you sign on the dotted line, you can not get out of it. You can’t sell it either.
