Westminster Hotel

Pros: The pool was great. The staff was really nice and professional. It's located close to shopping centers, activities, and stores. Cons: You can hear people above you and next to you. Very noisy guests. The rooms are very dark due to poor lighting and are outdated. Rooms have all sorts of damages.

Booked this hotel for one night on business. The location is fine and the room was fine as well. The bathroom was not clean when I arrived (shower still had soap from a previous user, hair in the sink, hair gel behind the door and unflushed toilet paper). Pool was a nice amenity and warm but the pool area was terrible. The entire room needs to be both cleaned and refreshed. There is chipped paint etc all over and they filled in the hot tub with plants. I also specifically called and asked for a room with a bathtub and when I arrived the room did not have one, but then again based on how dirty the bathroom was, perhaps this was a stroke of luck.

Who ever took the pictures of this hotel needs a better gig, what you see online is not what you get. I paid over $200 a night to stay here, a 4 STAR hotel with a restaurant that has been shut down and a hot tub that’s been filled with dirt and plants. The pool smelled a bit funky but whatever we swam, then went to our room to enjoy our moldy shower, smelly room, stained carpets and chairs. Even the mattress had yellow stains and the thin sheet didn’t even fit the mattress so it kept coming undone. Also everyone knows the best part of a hotel is the amazing pillows and thick quilts, you guessed it, this hotel didn’t have either one. Super disappointing, definitely won’t return.
