Very clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant. Not too expensive either.

Its a shame that a few important points let the hotel down. In general, the hotel is new, clean and well decorated. For my job, I stay in hotels every week and therefore have high expectations and certainty when staying in a 4 star hotel expect the small details to be correct. For me, the hotel has a lot of learning to do when it comes to breakfast. No orange juice.. What.. My goodness this is number 1 on the list of important items at breakfast. Small plates.. Where are the lager plates. It means we have to take 2 or 3 plates to fit the breakfast. Also, this makes more washing for the staff. The machine to cook the boiled eggs was switched on but with very little water in it. Impossible to cook eggs. The cutlery was literally thrown into baskets. I have attached photos. I want to like this hotel. I hope the management read this review and improve things for the better. Merci

Staff was not friendly and they charged me for lunch and breakfast while I was there only for breakfast every day. Also, they ask a high deposit for the room and even wanted me to pay the deposit twice when I needed to book an extra night to stay for work. Moreover, they lost my reservation for the last evening so called me during work that I needed to check out while I payed for the 3rd night. Lastly they were not eager to help to book a taxi
