We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. The first apartment we were given wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. No attention to detail at all. The couch in the lounge and bedroom was dirty. We were then given another room after I complained. Service was slow and we had to ask countless times to bring basic cutlery and items for the kitchen. Having the kitchen in the apartment was pointless because we couldn’t any use of it. Also - the paper cups? Could there not have been glasses, mugs ect to drink out of? The staff were unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable at times. The hotel is located right next to the main highway - so it gets very noisy and there is nothing within walking distance. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Not worth the money and the location isn’t ideal. For €140 per night - we expected more. I have left some pictures below.

Our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected from a five-star property. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty — the curtains were stained, the sofa was filthy, and the bed mattress and covers had a bad smell. Basic kitchen items like mugs, cups, and glasses were missing. No water or towels were provided. The air conditioning was very noisy, and the washing machine door wouldn’t close, making it completely unusable. The dryer also didn’t work, and the iron kit was broken, which was a major inconvenience since we had many clothes to clean and iron. To make things worse, the toilet chair was unstable and not fixed properly, and the toilet paper holder was broken. While one receptionist assistant did try to help, most of the issues were never resolved. This stay was far below the standard we were promised and definitely not worth the price. I strongly hope management addresses these problems and improves the experience for future guests.
