Pros: Location is in the middle of the city and it is easy to reach any desired place. Relatively clean. Breakfast and lunch are nice and delicious. Cons: Room service is not fast and it takes them few hours to make up the room. Rooms and furniture are old. There is only one electricity outlet in the room making it difficult to charge your devices.

The hotel services were not up to the standard, the value of the benefit was much less than the value of the money paid, air condetion was bad, the toilet needed more attention, there were no personal care items such as toothbrushes/shaving paste/comb/ear cotton etc, no bathroom slippers !! Fridge without water!! The price of water is much more expensive than the price of the local markets, there is no coffee, tea or sugar in mini bar only a water boiler, it is never worth $60 per night!! Breakfast by $15

Absolutely definitely disrespectful, lacking tact and manners, discourteous, vulgar customer service! Front office person so called NATHALIE yells across the hall which is over 100 feet distance away from us to question us which room we were staying in! How vulgar can a staff member be to scream across the hall? First to loudly address the guests, and second and most importantly to question them about their stay!!! Respected hotels hire trained personnel whose job is to respectfully eloquently monitor who is coming in and who is leaving and most importantly to remember who checked in and who did not! Our checkout was the worst; the same rude clerk (Nathalie) literally arrogantly, insolently told us we had to wait until she sends someone to check the room after us! I most definitely put her back in her place and did indeed walk out on her! Personnel working in hospitality should be educated, picked and trained to be civil in their behaviour with guests! Unfortunately, this did not apply to Nathalie! On the other hand, mildew and mold were all around the shower room. Since as they said “all available rooms were like that” I had to give instruction for the cleaning staff and wait for about 40 mn for him to finish! The walls were dirty as well, and I had to wait for that too. I requested a non smoking room, all I breathed throughout the night is cigarettes smoke coming through the vents of he central AC! Their answer to that? We can’t say “no smoking” to guests!!!!
