The hotel is so calm . I like there food n how they make the place look

We booked full-time for 2 nights, and after paying the room the reception sent us to was already book we went back to her and the next one she sent us to wasn't clean as yet she then send us next door (over the pool) it took us 1 hour to get a room the attitude of the stuff is very unprofessional including the big man on the side where the pool is that is giving out the remotes he's very disrespectful... The rooms or poorly maintained, some Television as no remote and if you do get an remote the Television not working. The bathroom drain smells very bad, and it only gets worse when you turn the shower on and the water starts to run down in it, the bathroom floors feel slimy you can only assume these workers don't clean the bath after each guess. There are also some big cobwebs in the bathroom ceilings... The mango trees at the top where the pool is needed to cut because it was scraping the top of our vehicle... The room space is okay, but these things need to be addressed because not everyone that book into these hotels lives a double life

The rooms look okay but poorly maintained, they don't give you any remote for the ac nor the TV, there is no shower head nor hot water. Poor customer service from the receptionist, the staff are very loud while walking through the property and kept us up all night, even up to 2am they will walk through the property and inconsiderately gossip, sing and argue with each other. And to top it off there was biting ants infestation in the room. This is your warning to stay away unless you just need a bed for an hour or two.
