Fantastic apartment for a stay in Whistler, part of the old Olympic Village accommodation, plenty of shops and food outlets / restaurants just across the road in a fully developed walking 'village'. The apartment shares a pool with all the units in the complex which is a decent size and heated, access from 9am-10pm. There is ample underground parking but limited to one space per apartment, but the space is guaranteed. There is a noise restriction in the area between 10pm and 6am.
Great location! No need for car if you stay here. Rooms are comfortable, we stayed for a week, 2 adult + teens. Walking distance to grocery store, Tim Hortons, McDonald, and village restaurants. Pool and hot tub were super nice! Only thing - no onsite representatives, so you need to call or drive to their “satellite” office nearby (10 minutes drive) where their staff island they are super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Whiskey Jack does NOT take care of their properties. On our last stay in January 2025, we had our bed frame completely break on our first night. I ended up having to completely disassemble and remove it to sleep on our first night after 12 hours is travel. Upon arrival our door code was wrong The upstairs TV didn't work properly, the blinds were half broken and the other half dirty with Cheeto fingers. Overall it's in need of some serious TLC. The property management company doesn't take care of their properties until something completely breaks so you have to hope it doesn't happen during your stay. I hope our next visit goes better. Being owners it's tough to deal with but I don't recommend staying with Whiskey Jack in its current condition. We have 3 units around this same time and staying in Whistler is ALWAYS so nice, but our last couple stays have had some issues with the units.. In Reply to the owner response, the stay was under Wilfred/Gary Ash, although I was the POC, he is my FIL and owner of the unit.
