My recent stay at White 1921 Courchevel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at the reception to the impeccable ski service, delightful breakfast experience, and the comfortable rooms, every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The outstanding service was a testament to the incredible team led by the remarkable manager, whose dedication shone through in every detail. Their collective efforts created a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. As winter enthusiasts, my heartfelt appreciation goes to the ski service team for their assistance. I extend my gratitude and best wishes to the entire staff, hoping they have a fantastic winter season ahead. I can't wait to return to White 1921 Courchevel for another unforgettable experience.
It’s a rather good hotel with a great location. We had a little issue with the hotel, however they quickly settled it and sent a bottle of champagne 🍾 as an apology. Nice move! Stuff is friendly, guys at the ski service are real pros. Good 4+ overall
The only positive aspect of White 1921 Hotel is its location. Beyond that, our experience was very disappointing—2/10 at best. The rooms are outdated, extremely cramped, and lacked cleanliness. Shockingly, we found leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests. Adding to our frustration, we had emailed the hotel three weeks prior to our arrival with detailed requests for restaurant and ski class reservations, including timings and dates. They assured us that everything would be taken care of. However, upon arrival, we found that nothing had been reserved except for the ski classes, which were booked at completely different times than we had requested. To make matters worse, we had high expectations for New Year’s Eve, having communicated our requests well in advance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be another disappointment, leaving us underwhelmed on what should have been a special occasion. Given the reputation of the LVMH group, we expected much better service and standards. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations.
