White Boutique Hotel and Spa

I give this place 4 stars because of the service. The manager of the hotel is a super lovely woman and came to say hello every time she had the opportunity. Staff from reception and f&b are great as well. Swimming pool nice but not many sun beds, only a couple. Breakfast was really nice, with nice options of fruits and hot food. Location close to city center. I did laundry at the hotel as well and came nicely. The let down for me was the room, while the bed was nice, air con worked well, had a mini fridge and complimentary water, we did not have hote water in 3 days, as well as was not replaced towels correctly. If you want to have a second key for the room you had to leave 500 thai bath, they would return it when you hand the extra key back.

Location is right in the middle of old town- if you want to be around Nimman, this is a bit far. For me, it was perfectly located to walk to all nearby attractions. Was disappointed in the hotel though. Barely any amenities. Bad bedding, the sheets were torn and old. Very outdated. The breakfast was great, and the staff at front desk was incredible. The only saving grace for the hotel. Otherwise, I would have preferred to live in some place nicer.

The hotel is relatively well located but the photos are very misleading. The room is very outdated, the walls are cracked, the bed is very uncomfortable and the towels looks dirty. We travel with our baby and the receptionist told us that she could not provide the baby crib until the following day (it was only 6pm). A lot of mosquitos also, it seems they do not put anything to keep them away. The entrance is in an alley and it looks nothing like the pictures. We end it up leaving and not staying here any of the 3 nights. They did not agree to refund any of the 3 nights. We got a hotel for the same price we paid even if we book it on the same day and much better rooms, better service and also has a spa. Honestly I do not see any reason to choose this hotel among so many different options in this city.
