Great stay with some room for improvement The room was in great condition throughout our stay—always clean and well-maintained. The hotel and its surroundings were spotless, which really added to the overall experience. One of the best parts of the hotel was the direct access to the beach. It was amazing to walk straight from the hotel to the beach—definitely a highlight! The daily activities were also a big plus. There was always something going on, and the entertainment team and the DJ staff did a fantastic job keeping the energy up. Everyone was friendly and professional, which made the atmosphere very enjoyable. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The food options lacked variety. Most meals were based on local cuisine and heavily spiced, which might not work for everyone, especially those with dietary restrictions or food intolerances. It would be nice to see more diverse protein options and a bit more rotation in the menu from day to day. Additionally, the selection of alcoholic beverages was quite limited—only four types of liquor were available, which felt a bit underwhelming for an all-inclusive resort. The snack bar was also quite basic, offering only burgers and fries. Overall, I had a great time and truly appreciated the clean facilities, beach access, and fun atmosphere. With a bit more variety in food and drink, this place could be truly exceptional.

Terrible service Reception staff don’t seem to care about guests or how they speak to them. I had an issue with the AC in my room – I understand things like this can happen. I went to reception, and they told me they’d send a technician in 5 minutes. The technician came after 30+ minutes, which I can understand if they were busy. However, they didn’t speak English and did nothing to fix the problem. They just gave me a thumbs up, saying it was “working,” even though there was no air coming from the AC. Then they left. I went back to reception and was told the technician would return. I waited another hour – no one came. When I went back again, there was a different receptionist, who casually told me the technicians had already gone home. I asked if I could switch rooms because it was over 30°C and I couldn’t sleep in that heat. The receptionist didn’t care at all, simply said “no” and told me to wait. There was no effort to help, no empathy, and zero professionalism. Worst hotel experience I’ve had – avoid if you value basic comfort and customer

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs! This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful – any request we made was ignored unless we asked repeatedly, and even then it felt like a chore for them to respond. The food was awful: barely any variety, bland, served cold, and clearly not made with any care. To make things worse, we were given the wrong rooms and were told we had to pay extra for the room we had already booked online. Unbelievable. The toilets had no locks, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a so-called “spa” hotel. The room cleaners didn’t do anything unless we left them money — they literally ignored their duties unless tipped in advance. Also, don’t expect to do anything nearby. You’ll need to travel at least 1.5 hours for any kind of activity. Not relaxing, not worth it, and definitely not a “spa” experience. Save your money and your sanity — stay somewhere else.
