White House Beach Resort

This is a lovely hotel with really friendly staff. The night porter isn't that helpful and failed to offer any advise with an issue we experienced. The pool and breakfast are lovely and the rooms are a large size. The hotel also leads on to the beach which is a nice touch. However, please be aware of the baths as they don't fill up and the showers are extremely low. I would go back if i was in the area but only for 2 or 3 nights.

Nice and simple! We enjoyed staying there a few months ago. But l still remember how unpleasant was to deal with the air-conditioning system! Nothing in between! Or you freeze, or you sweat when turning off! And the same is also in other hotels! Another thing: to climb the deck of the bath is so Unsafe because you can easily slip if you are not paying attention! So there is always solutions for this, like sticking some nice figures on the deck...my advice to the hotel's manager. You like sugar like me? Don't worry, there is a nice supermarket near the hotel where you can buy it! 🤣. Food very good at the restaurant! Good massages on the beach in front of the hotel!

I stayed there a week back with my wife for our honeymoon (6 days). The resort is located at cheon Mon which is considered a calm place as opposed to Chaweng beach side( main scene happens here with lots of clubs, beer bars etc..). The resort is 10 mins away from the airport and they offer free pick up and drop off facility. The overall ambience of the resort was 'antique'ish with historical idols and greeneries all around. It appeared as if we were entering a temple. Common toilets near the pool looked like they were due for renovation. Beach was within a min reach from our room. We chose a spacious deluxe twin bedroom which comes with a bath tub facility. We weren't able to use bath tub even once as there was no way to close the drain hole and even the resort staffs had no idea about it. Apart from this, the room was well maintained. The staffs were very friendly and could speak a decent English. Coming to the food - Complimentary breakfast came with a good number of choices but at one point started finding it to be mundane (same chicken noodles and bacon everyday). There is a family mart very next to the resort and bike rent store is right opposite to it.Be wary of the mosquitoes. I would definitely recommend this resort for a nice and calm stay.
