We LOVED our stay here earlier this week. Thank you to all staff for being so wonderful! Food was delicious and the atmosphere is just right for a casual yet comfortable get away. Room was lovely and very clean. (Our only “niggle” was that the double bed seemed rather small. We would prefer a king sized bed…but that’s maybe our problem not theirs!!) We will most certainly be back.
We booked for the tasting menu, and we arrived to the venue experiencing an extraordinary power cute - just wanted to sing some praises because the staff dealt with it so well. Food was incredible. Jake and Lydia looked after us and they were both so hospitable. They mentioned we were the first to try that tasting menu- it was unbelievable and they made our anniversary very special. Thanks so much!
Went for the taster menu and wine pairing. Food was delicious but we felt there could have been more/ slightly bigger servings (have done taster menus before and know that the servings are small but we all agreed we were not full by the end of the meal). The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable. Dessert was our favourite course- really good!
