We had the most amazing stay at White Olive Elite. The place is well run, and everything exceeded our expectations The highlight was without a doubt the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. Our room was spotless and spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view. The food was also excellent - lots of variety and consistently good quality. Overall, the hotel and service exceeded our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be returning and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for making our holiday a one to remember. ❤️

We had a family room for 4 people. The room was right above a septic tank that smelled, especially in the morning and evening. It must have been quite full, as they were busily draining it from 7 to 8 a.m. on Sunday. It's a shame they didn't let anyone know; at least I would have taken our clothes off the balcony. The view was "enhanced" by garbage cans, and there was a loud and disruptive noise from the adjacent road and highway at night. The bedrooms were separated by a door, but it couldn't be closed. Balcony door is hard to open. Regular cleaning was done once a day—they would mop, make the beds, and empty the trash. Given a room for four people, it would be more appropriate to empty the bathroom trash can at least twice a day. The unpleasant smell often "greeted" us. The mirror and glass doors were also not cleaned the entire week, and the shower heads hadn't been cleaned in much longer, judging by the buildup of limescale and the presence of black mold. Food: The dining hall looks simple. The chairs are grubby, and the glasses and cutlery are often smudged. Sometimes guests would drop food on the floor, and it took a while for someone to clean it up. Unfortunately, my grandmother had a nasty slip on some boiled cauliflower on the floor. There was NO LATE BREAKFAST, as advertised. The food selection was very monotonous; breakfast was the same all week. There were a lot of pre-made items. Lunches and dinners were very monotonous and simple, often seasoned the same way, sometimes bland, and a few times undercooked. My husband had raw fish at least twice in the middle. There were NO THEMED DINNERS, as advertised. There were few traditional dishes, but plenty of nuggets, spaghetti, and onion rings. For musaka, kleftiko and other we needed to vision restaurant in town. There was no ice cream at the pool bar, only at dinner. The cups at the pool bar were often poorly washed, more like just rinsed. The area around the pool bar was dirty, slippery, full of sand, and wasn't cleaned during the day. Swimming in the sea was practically impossible—there was an almost constant red flag. On the days when the waves were smaller and we could swim, the shores were full of algae, which no one cleaned, not even on the following days. The hotel pool's bottom was vacuumed, but it had a 2 cm green ring. I won't even comment on the hotel's near location The only thing I can't complain about was the staff; they were nice, helpful, and friendly. Despite the mutual language barrier, they tried to communicate. This hotel was a great disappointment and definitely doesn't deserve *****, or even ****.

Rooms with a sea view are actually pool view, and you have to look from the corner to see a small glimpse of the sea. There is a mold smell in the room, along with mold and rust in the shower. Our room had a small window facing the neighbor’s balcony with no curtains, so they could see directly into our room. The hotel only added a curtain on the fourth day of our stay. Bathrobes smelled of mold and dampness. The pool bar had a very limited selection of snacks. It closed at 5:30 PM, after which another bar opened with no snacks at all. The selection of cocktails was very poor, and you could buy branded cocktails only at the evening bar, meaning you had to pay extra either to have snacks or to drink cocktails. From 8 to 10 PM, there is always a queue at the bar, and you can wait up to 30 minutes to get a drink. There was a poor selection of food, especially for lunch and dinner. The food was tasteless, although occasionally there was seafood like fish or calamari. The hotel administration was rude and unable to resolve any issues. There were no free sunbeds after 9 AM, as all of them were reserved with towels, but less than half were actually used by guests.
