The room and its ambiance were truly exceptional—absolutely mesmerizing. A special thanks to Mr. Jay, the Manager, and Mr. Tapan from the staff for their outstanding hospitality and top-notch resort and room service. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again soon.
Beautiful ambience Supportive staff... Specially Sam, she is too sweet to talk and behaviour wise. Me and my family had a wonderful stay her. Restaurant staff, house keeping staff everyone is cooperative and actively participating
Overall this was nice stay but wanted to highlight some points as per my experience.. 1. Staff behaviour is very well… they welcome guest with welcome drinks and allowed me to have check-in 2 hours before checking time. Much appreciate their efforts. 2. Location is good.. nearby Baga and Anjuna beach… (few kilometres away) 3. I have stayed there for 2 days… first day room service was good but towel was not changed in second day… 4. TV was not in working condition.. it was not fixed after couple of complaints during stay… 5. Utensils was managed well while breakfast… sometime spoons was not there… sometime glasses were missing… etc.. 6. Taste of food was good… I enjoyed food… and it was good in quality… 7. Swimming pool was cleaned…. They cleaned it on daily basis (during my stay).. 8. Room was nice and spacious with two balconies and having beautiful view of nature… Overall it was good experience… Thanks
