White Rose Hotel & Restaurant Leeds

Booked for two nights and discussed with manager the possibility of an early check in which was accommodated. But upon arrival the bed was a single and could not stay. Manager was understanding and agreed to cancel. However, a year later I am still to recover the money I paid. Booking.com has been particularly unhelpful and would not process my refund. They claim the hotel did not confirm the cancellation. Real terrible and unprofessional of them. A big company ripping vulnerable people. Shame on you booking.com. Would never book with them again. .

A dreadful hole, unfriendly staff. Zero stars for everything. They also were burning fires in the garden and my children couldn't breath. People were complaining but they refused to stop. Absolute horror show.

Well it was a last minute booking and I regret it. I let them know I was at a festival so I may have been late and they offered to let me pick up my card before so I can just come back. Arrived to nobody, nobody answered the calls I made so I went to my festival and came back to the same. I tried to call to say I would be a little late due to getting taxi but no answer again. I had to book elsewhere and now I am trying to get a refund but avoid!
