Very cozy hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfasts. Great location — close to cafes, shops, and attractions. A perfect place for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

Not the hotel you used to if you are an Arab. Do not expect a daily room service. It is a residential hotel that you only get a fully equipped room with kitchen and a washing machine. You need to do your own cleaning and buy your own stuff. They offer basic cleaning every three days. However it is only changing the track bins and towels. However, if you get used to this arrangement, which we did, the location is amazing, the pool are one of the best in all hotels around, and the community around are super nice.

Overall, the hotel leaves a decent impression, but the front desk seemed quite disorganized, and stressed housekeeping staff were rushing through the lobby. Before arrival, our personal details were collected online in a fairly professional manner. However, this seemed pointless, as we had to provide all the same information twice again at check-in. Our room was not ready due to “major issues,” and after 2.5 hours of repeatedly asking, we were finally given a different one. The room itself was okay, but the air conditioning struggled against the heat coming through the thin windows. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower door was broken off its hinges and couldn’t be closed. There was no hot water at all — when set to warm, the water flow stopped completely.
