We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay at White Santorini. I loved Imerovigli in general – it had amazing views as the highest town on the caldera and it was much less busy than Fira and Oia. The hotel was very nice. Our room was great even though we spent most of our time on the patio which had a plunge pool, 2 beanbag chairs, and a 2 person patio table. The hotel brings you breakfast every morning – it was so delicious and the most beautiful view ever! We got a “Superior Suite with a Plunge Pool”. The plunge pool would be amazing for July and August but was a little cold in June. I’d suggest a warming pool if you are not going in the hottest months and the plunge pool for the hotter months. Or even without a pool, the view is amazing and there is a general pool for all guests.

We stayed for 4 days. Room were very clean & spacious .Best part was to enjoy daily breakfast outside with lovely view. Christine was amazing person along with another host in night. He helped us plan our next day and booked our boats and transportation. They were very accommodating. This was our 1st time in Santorini, they make sure we had best time. Thanks you for an amazing experience. Also, perfect weather in Sep to be there.

My stay at the White Santorini hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the advertised service level or the photos shown on the booking website. Upon arrival, I was denied access to the room category I had paid for. Under the pretext of a “broken pool,” I was placed in a different room that, as I later discovered, had no relation to my original booking. The next day, I saw that “my” room was actually occupied by other guests and the pool was fully functional. This raises serious concerns about the honesty of the hotel staff. Additionally: * There was no minibar or room service, * The pools were dirty, with cloudy water showing obvious signs of poor maintenance. * The room was in unacceptable condition, with dirty doors and numerous stains on the furniture and walls. * The terrace cushions were stained, burned, and had holes, which is entirely unacceptable for any guest accommodation. * The hotel manager behaved rudely and unprofessionally, constantly dismissing complaints with statements like “it’s nature,” fully refusing any responsibility. I am attaching photo evidence to support my claims.
