White Waters Country Hotel

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, I was concerned after reading some reviews but it was just what we needed.It is old but still a nice place to stay and rooms had everything we needed along with a comfy bed ! The roman bath and steam room was a great touch. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, cheerful and helpful, thank you ! Great area in walking distance of the town with many bars and restaurants as well as an Aldi down the road. I would add the room was very hot so may be handy to take a fan, we were directly above the spa though so think this is why ours was so hot !

Our stay at White Waters Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Getting there was easy, and parking was a breeze, which made arriving so much more relaxing. From the moment we walked in, the staff member was warm and welcoming, friendly and happy to help. The room was spotless, well-laid out, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. Waking up to the incredible views of the River Dee was just the cherry on top—it’s absolutely breathtaking! The hotel itself is nice, and the pool was a great place to unwind. Everything just felt effortless and enjoyable, exactly what you want from a stay like this. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The place is in a dilapidated state. Wish it was a little well maintained. I did not like the spring mattress. Location wise it is awesome but surely needs to be refurbished to attract customers.
