Whitehorse Towers Self Service Holiday Apartment

Stayed six nights at this hotel... the rooms are absolutely tiny. The floorplan of my room had the door, then immediately a large sitting chair for some reason, the dining table squeezed in, a tiny kitchen and a bedroom with no space to walk around. There's nowhere to put your things, I had to rest my suitcase on the dining table for lack of space. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a kitchenette, but it was missing a lot of things required to cook meals. I had to go to the reception for clean towels twice because they weren't replaced. I asked for more cooking utensils and was told there were none. When checking in, the receptionist looked at my ID and asked if it was really me (my hair is a different colour now) and asked for more proof of identity. Whilst the underground carpark is convenient, that would be the only positive of the place. Definitely won't be back.

Never got to see a room. Was booked to arrive on night of Public holiday and contact refused to accommodate me despite a corporate booking confirmed the previous week. In the 3 hours I spent waiting on the street outside, I observed rats running along the walls and clients at the motel next door engaging in various illegal activities. Not a savoury area to stay. Hope the locks are solid.

Hotel room was book from 1/4/2024-3/4/2024 . The people who lived next to my room started to make noise from 3am , I couldn’t feel asleep.I rang the Nick Sha, who worked as reception in the hotel 5am and tried to ask him if he can talk to the next door customer to stop making noise. Because they have been making noise from 3am till now .The staff was so rude to me ,he said there was no one worked in the hotel during the night and nobody will come to resolve this problem. Also he complained me I shouldn’t ring the hotel 5 am in the morning. He asked me to 1.knock their door by myself (Which I did but not working ) 2. Wait till 9am . But their office hours 7:30am -9:00pm during the weekdays . 3. Move out in advance because they booked 7 days ,I only booked 2days. What a shame!!! So ridiculous!!!
