Whitford House Hotel

Called in for evening meal. Lovely staff and very attentive. Good range of food as usual. I had the Vol au Vents which were lovely as usual. My wife had Chicken Oriental stir fry which looked and tasted yummy. I highly recommend the Whitford Hotel for dining.

Popped in on our way to Dungarvan. A special touch that made the experience even more memorable was the manager personally stopping by to say hello and check on our experience. It showed genuine care and a commitment to guest satisfaction that really stood out. If you’re someone who believes food can define a trip, this hotel won’t disappoint. I left with a full heart, a happy palate, and a deep appreciation for the team behind the scenes. A true culinary gem—I can’t wait to return. Tom and Mary

This family run hotel is an absolute pleasure to stay in. The staff are it's biggest asset. Every single staff member that dealt with us during our 4 night stay was so friendly, polite and helpful. They love their jobs and excel at providing fantastic customer service. The hotel itself, is in an excellent location, just 4km outside of Wexford Town. Even though the hotel is right beside the main road, it is peaceful and surrounded by pretty shrubbery and flowers. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offerings are generous and tasty. Your hot breakfast is cooked to order. We particularly loved the homemade brown bread.
