Wide Sands Beach Retreats is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a peaceful escape and some mental health recharge time. It’s one of the best hidden gems in Jembrana, West Bali—quiet, calming, and just what you need to slow down. The beach is pretty clean, and the pool is super comfy for relaxing. The food is okay, but I do think there’s room for improvement in terms of flavor and overall quality. Still, it’s a lovely place to unwind and get away from the crowds. Would recommend it for a quiet retreat!
We had a wonderful stay at Wide Sand Beach Retreat. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — they arranged our transfer, booked our ferry, and even packed breakfast for our early departure. Our one-bedroom villa was very comfortable, and the beach was peaceful, especially at sunset. It was marvellous to watch local kids riding their bikes, playing football, and simply enjoying the beach life.
Wide sands beach is a lovely small hotel right on the shore. With two swimming pools you can choose for a laid back garden swim or with sea view. The restaurant is decent western Indo Fare. But the rooms were a bit musky with the penetrating smell of mould. In the vicinity there are a few lovely low key restaurants, shops and massage on the beach to complement your stay
