A truly exceptional hotel, offering one of the finest levels of service I have encountered. An unforgettable experience to witness elephants up close within the hotel grounds. The rooms are among the best I have seen and experienced on the island—spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, featuring private pools and comfortable seating areas overlooking the elephant sanctuary. The staff is warm, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The property is fully equipped with everything one might need, and just a short distance away lie the Fisherman’s Village and the beach. Simply a delight—an extraordinary and memorable experience.

We spent a lovely day here on the day pass that the hotel offer. We had such a wonderful day, the resort is well managed, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and sunbeds watching the elephants roam around freely in their space. The menu was good and the food was really tasty. Such a lovely space to eat and relax in. The highlight of the day was actually feeding the elephants, the staff that were preparing and managing the feeding time were so lovely. They gave us information about the individual elephants, you could really tell they cared for them and had connections with the animals 😊 After the feeding time it was great to see the elephants playing together .. they seem really content and happy there ☺️ We had such a fabulous day .. thank you so much. Just one thing, we weren’t really sure what drinks and food were included in the day pass we just ordered what we fancied from the menu. As we went to leave we had a certain amount we hadn’t used n food and drinks so we ordered paddings etc It would have been good to know exactly what was included in the price when we arrived. Certainly not a complaint just wanted to point it out. We would highly recommend 😊

The most amazing magical experience we could’ve hoped for. Everything about the day was perfect, the elephants, the food and facilities! The staff were exceptional, I believe our waiter was called nay and he was the loveliest and so helpful, the lady and man cutting the fruit at the elephant feeding were the kindest most pleasant people also, I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place enough it was worth every single penny and the food was some of the best we had on the island! Thankyou for everything, seeing the elephants was pure magic.
