Wild Thing #1525

Our group of 11 fit nicely in this cabin but if you have people who have trouble with steps there is no bathroom on main floor. Whenever we needed maintenance to fix the game or replace the stove light they were on spot service. This was our first cabin to rent so we learned a few things. The customer service was always very helpful and friendly to come to our aid.

We stayed at the Misty Mountain Lodge and really enjoyed it. The cabin had more than enough space for my family of 6 and was very clean. We really enjoyed the movie theater, pool, and air hockey tables. This cabin is located in a very quiet area just outside of Gatlinburg. It's only a short 10 minute drive to town. We have stayed in several different log cabin resorts in the past, but the Elk Springs Resort is one of the easiest cabins to get to. We will be back.

This place was not clean on arrival, floors dirty, a dirty plastic knife in the window shild, dust on all the furniture. Shower with dirty fumes I'm with people that invited me, I will not suggest this place to anyone. Maintenance problems, the Air conditioning not working in some of the rooms, the maintenance man came out. Appliances not clean! Stove, refrigerator horrible place to stay nothing sanitized!!! Hope we don't get Covid staying here!!! I'm glad I bought some cleaning supplies! Only thing is good about this place... it has a lot of room and the game room, pool is nice. It's like they gave us the worst cabin!!
