We loved out stay here! We wanted to visit London with our children and this place was perfect for us. Nice and spacious and in a great location for what we wanted to do. The staff and service were exceptional and little touches made our trip even better! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in future.

Was on vacation with my family, including a small child. The service and hospitality were amazing. The rooms were clean, well air-conditioned, and had excellent room service. The service desk staff were just amazing—very friendly and incredibly cooperative. They understood our needs even before we explained them. Truly an amazing experience!

Great first impressions, modern in decor and style. Iced cold water as you come in. Staff don't have an area defined as a reception. There are 2 high tables that they use with laptops. Room was spacious, massive bed. Shower was good, not a lot of pressure at the tap. Sink didn't hold water and the water takes ages to drain. Nice big towels. The kitchen is compact but has what is needed. Instructions for the micro/grill would be useful. We stayed a week and the room was only serviced once, so when cooking and having food waste the small waste bin was full within days. My daughter has eczema and has flaky skin, and there was nothing to brush the floor with. Which would be good, even due to food debris on the floor.
