The experience started with a smooth check-in. The room size seemed a bit small for an executive room although the room had part of the ceiling slanted which may have let to the feeling. The lighting was a bit dim but adequate. The bed was comfortable. The desk and small table were good. The bathroom was spacious with excellent lighting. Good outlet placement, including USB, throughout. Beautiful pool, exercise room, sauna/steam room. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and the food was delicious.

Dominik Kaiser at the front desk provided outstanding customer service during my stay. He went above and beyond and helped with things like getting restaurant reservations, helping with my key card when it stopped working and even suggesting a place to get my glasses fixed. He is a gem of a person and should be promoted as he handles guests with so much professionalism while being very personable. Wish him the best!

Disappointing for a five-star hotel. The room wasn't clean, and the bathrobe was worn out. The reception desk is right next to the guest elevators, making it hard to move around during check-in/out times. The room lacked basics—you have to call room service for everything. To be clear, the staff were polite and helpful; the issue is with the hotel’s management and setup, not the employees.
