From the moment I arrived, this hotel felt like a world of its own—peaceful, secluded, and rich in heritage. Set amidst expansive grounds, it offers plenty of space to walk, reflect, and simply breathe. Every corner of the property tells a story, beautifully preserved yet thoughtfully modernized for comfort. The food was consistently excellent, with a variety of options that celebrated local flavors without compromising on sophistication. Every meal felt like it was prepared with care. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff was warm, attentive, and proactive without ever being intrusive. Every request was handled with grace and efficiency, making the entire experience feel effortless.

It's wonderful to learn about the most expensive hotel in that beautiful city. Its prime location certainly adds to the overall experience, making it an attractive choice for visitors. The fact that the food tastes amazing is a significant advantage, promising a delightful culinary journey. A hotel with a polite staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued. A rainy afternoon at Wildflower Hall turned into an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst the misty hills of Shimla, this majestic vintage property by The Oberoi exudes timeless charm and elegance. The rain only added to the magic, with clouds floating through the deodar trees and creating a dreamlike atmosphere. The property is beautiful but the food was average. We ordered paneer tikka pizza, it was huge but the flavours were missing, followed by a chocolate mud cake it was small and again average in taste. The hospitality was appreciable however, I expect more from wildflower hall being it under the umbrella of The Oberoi hotels. As, I have been to other Oberoi hotels too so l'm sure there is room for improvement. First, I wrote twice to the chat assistance on Oberoi page for reservation and the team assured there to contact wildflower hall for the same but I never got a revert. Thus, I directly mailed the manager of F&B there for reservations. Secondly, I have mentioned to come on my friend's birthday but nobody showed the courtesy even to wish him. Such gesture is quite common in other 5 star properties. Thirdly, there can be a small amount of entertainment for the guest. Lastly, the team was good at hospitality but not remarkable. Maybe I expected more from Wildflower Hall.
