Very nice place to relax. Nice between the dogs and horses. The manageress is a very friendly, cordial lady. The house has every comfort and offers sufficient privacy. You are in the pleasant center of Ruurlo in 5 minutes. Nice for walking/cycling and visiting castles in the area.

Wat hebben wij ontzettend genoten van deze prachtige plek! De schatten van honden, het heerlijke huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, keurig en schoon en als kers op de taart in de heerlijke hottub kunnen zitten! Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Beautiful house, made a reservation with enthusiasm. The house was still available at short notice for Easter! But then… After three days no response to a reservation request. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt yet. Is this going well? Website broken? Absent administrator? Bad circumstances? Can our weekend outing still continue? Should I look for something else? Strangely enough, the availability of this house on the Natuurhuisjes website has suddenly been withdrawn. So someone was definitely working on it. Strange that they do not have the decency to send a message to the outstanding applications, even if only a short message to put an end to the uncertainty. Repeated messages via the contact form are not responded to and there are no other ways to contact us. I wouldn't go there for the time being, or at least don't count on getting a quick decision on whether your application will be accepted. Too bad, because it looked so nice! Edit: Finally received a response via email. It was all the other person's fault. There was no excuse. The question was why I didn't call instead of this review. Well: There are *nowhere* contact details on their site or other sites where this house is advertised! And where I fill out forms, there is no response. So there was no choice but to leave this review. To make calls I need at least a telephone number. Right? So according to them it is not their fault that they do not respond, but my fault that I am already worried about it after three days. I think that is a strange way of dealing with complaints. Why not a simple excuse? Is this their way of solving problems? And why do you respond to my answer with an extremely professional “Pfff… that you can't even worry about”? I'll stick with 1 star. I can't make more of it. It's probably a fantastic house and they're probably nice people if everything goes well, but if this is their way of dealing with complaints, I would stay far away from it. PS: Max, you have a nice life too, and I mean that sarcastically.
